I had a pretty solid experience at Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan Toronto, especially considering it was a last-minute choice for a birthday weekend. The location was spot-on, making it easy to explore downtown, and the room had great views. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. Overall, I appreciated the service, but there were minor hiccups with my requests that could be improved.

The room was amazing with stunning views of the downtown area, but some details felt a bit cheap for the price.

I had a fantastic stay at the Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan Toronto! The hospitality from the staff was really good, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from check-in. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a kitchenette, although I faced some minor inconveniences like noise from the construction nearby. Nevertheless, my overall experience was filled with happy memories, and I am looking forward to returning! 😊

I had a lovely stay at the Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan in Toronto. The location was excellent, providing easy access to downtown attractions, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, I did face a few hiccups, such as noise from a nearby building and a lack of restaurant options due to ongoing refurbishments.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for refurbishment during my stay, so that was a letdown. I missed out on dining at the hotel itself.

5.4/10

I had a mixed experience at Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan Toronto. While my room was excellent and well set up, the front desk service left a lot to be desired. The location was great, but parking was frustrating.

Rooms
8.0
My room was very comfortable, featuring a working desk, kitchen, and separate bedroom. It felt more like a small apartment. However, it lacked some essentials like a second set of towels and a remote control.
Service
5.0
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but I encountered a particularly unprofessional front desk clerk who caused unnecessary delays during check-in. This detracted from my experience.
Location
9.0
The location was superb, within walking distance to the Elgin Theatre and surrounded by restaurants and pubs. I appreciated the easy access to the subway.
Dining
7.0
Although there was no complimentary breakfast, the dining options nearby were convenient. Having a kitchen in the room allowed me to prepare meals, which was a nice perk.
Facilities
6.0
I enjoyed the spa's jacuzzi and infrared sauna, which provided a nice relaxation spot after a long day. However, the parking situation was quite inconvenient, costing $49 for valet.

6.6/10

My stay at Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan Toronto had its ups and downs. While the location was fantastic for exploring the city, I faced significant noise issues that detracted from my experience. The staff interactions were hit or miss—some were genuinely helpful, while others seemed indifferent to my concerns.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious, but it was filled with overlooked details. The bedding felt hard, and overall, the décor was very basic and uninspiring.
Service
5.0
Interactions with the staff varied greatly. Some were pleasant and willing to help, while others were quite rude and unaccommodating, especially during check-in.
Location
10.0
The location is excellent, just a short walk from major attractions. I loved the convenience of nearby restaurants, and it was easy to explore the city without needing a car.
Dining
5.0
On-site dining options were limited, which was disappointing. I expected more variety, as breakfast wasn’t included in the room price.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were lacking. The absence of a fully functional kitchen and proper cleaning services during my stay was bothersome.
